Mr. Heine is a certified railway construction supervisor for structural engineering (BÜB -KIB) and has successfully completed several major projects for DB Netz AG as a senior project manager in southern Germany.

In the many years as a project engineer and construction supervisor, Constantin Beloiu has dealt with extensive tasks in the fields of structural engineering (KIB), construction supervision as well as planning and project communication systems. In addition, as a safety coordinator, he has mastered the high safety standards at European construction sites and applies them consistently. He has a broad engineering and technical knowledge and very well-founded specialist knowledge in bridge construction.
In various large-scale infrastructure expansion projects, such as a prestressed concrete bridge over the Neckar with a span of 180m, Mr. Beloiu was responsible for construction supervision. Also with the Agigea Bridge over the Danube Canal on the Black Sea, he was able to prove his skills in mastering complex interfaces, building in operation, and in dealing with construction companies from different trades.
Studied civil engineering at the FH Wiesbaden, Mr. Beloiu works as a freelancer for us.

Ms. Büttner has 30 years of experience in the field of urban open space planning with integrated rainwater management and has been the owner of an office in Berlin for planning, consulting and management of climate protection projects in the water and green area since 1994.
Numerous planned and implemented projects in your specialist area have qualified you as a recognized expert at home and abroad.
In addition, Ms. Büttner works as a teacher at the Beuth University of Applied Sciences in Berlin as well as at international teaching institutions and universities and gives lectures in the subject of water management, engineering ecology and green infrastructures.
Mr. Carl Heine has successfully completed his master’s degree in electrical engineering and is currently writing a doctoral thesis in the high-frequency technology department.
